Resources for the Living, the Loving, and the Planning Ahead
Resources
Let’s be honest: most of us aren’t taught how to prepare for death — our own or anyone else’s. We’re left to guess, to scramble, to fumble through hard conversations, or avoid them entirely. But it doesn’t have to be like that.
This space exists to soften the sharp edges. To gently guide you through the decisions and documents, the “what ifs” and the “when it happens.” Whether you’re preparing for the unexpected or taking your time to plan intentionally, you’ll find tools, templates, one-to-one support, and heartfelt guidance here to help you take the next step.
Everything offered is designed to make death feel less overwhelming, and life — even its final chapter — more in your hands.

The Book: My Life, My Death, My Wishes
This book is the cornerstone of everything I do. It’s not just a resource — it’s a companion. Thoughtfully written and tenderly structured, it guides you through end-of-life planning with practical information, reflective prompts, and a sense of reassurance.
Inside, you’ll find space to document your values, your wishes, your fears, and your instructions. It helps you put into words what matters most — from medical choices to funeral preferences, legacy wishes to legal necessities — all in one beautifully designed place.
You’ll also find carefully chosen quotes and poems from the likes of Donna Ashworth, Sean Hughes (shared with the blessing of his family), and Pam Ayres, offering glimmers of perspective and comfort.
Every book is signed with a personal note and £1 of each sale is donated to Ataloss.
If you want a resource that walks beside you as you plan, this is it.

Practical Tools with a Personal Touch
If you’re ready to get started on your own, these downloadable PDFs are here to guide you through some of the most important — and most misunderstood — aspects of end-of-life preparation.

Quality of Life Statement & Advanced Wishes
This guide is about capturing you. Not just the decisions you’d make medically, but the essence of who you are — your comforts, your values, your fears, your rituals, your quirks.
This isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about creating a record of how you want to be cared for if you ever can’t speak for yourself. It helps the people around you care for you — not just your body, but your whole self.
Expect real guidance, practical prompts, and room to reflect. Think of it as a love letter to your future care.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
This 10-page guide answers all the questions no one ever explains: What exactly is a Lasting Power of Attorney? Who should you choose, and why? How do you make sure they’ll act in your best interest? What if you change your mind later?
This guide walks you through the whole process, step by step, including the paperwork, the decisions, and the protections. It includes editable templates to make things easier — because knowing where to start shouldn’t be the hardest part.

One-to-One Support Packages
Let’s plan it together, step by step
Sometimes you don’t want a download. You want a human. Someone who can sit with you (virtually or in real life), listen, ask the right questions, and help you untangle the knot of “I know I need to sort this” into a plan that feels doable — and right.
Each package includes a free, no-obligation 20-minute call to see if we’re a good fit. All sessions are flexible and held at a pace that suits you.
Package One: Practical Planning for End of Life
This is for you if you’re ready to get your admin in order. We’ll tackle all the nitty gritty — from legal documents to digital accounts — and make sure the essentials are covered.
Together, we’ll gather details on your contracts, subscriptions, memberships, accounts, and anything else that your executor might need. We’ll map out your wishes and put them into clear documentation, covering your must-haves and your “absolutely-nots.” We’ll work through Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, and Advanced Care Directives.
Includes four weekly 45-minute one-to-one sessions, plus one facilitated session with your chosen attorney, carer, or family member.
Payment plans available – pay in full or in 3 or 6 monthly instalments.
Package Two: Care & Legacy Planning
This one’s a little more personal. It’s for those who want to think beyond logistics and start building a legacy of love, story, and intention.
We’ll explore your vision for care in your final months or years, your funeral wishes, your legacy projects, and help document your life and values. We’ll create a full Quality of Life Statement and spend time reflecting on what truly matters to you.
Includes four weekly 45-minute sessions, plus two facilitated conversations with attorneys or loved ones to help translate your wishes into shared understanding.
Payment plans available – pay in full or in 3 or 6 monthly instalments.
Package Three: The Full Experience – Practical Planning + Care & Legacy
Can’t choose between the two? You don’t have to. This package combines both practical and personal support into one holistic journey. We’ll make sure your documents are sorted, your care preferences are clear, your legacy is captured, and your loved ones are included in the process.
Includes six weekly 45-minute one-to-one sessions and two facilitated meetings with attorneys or carers, giving you the full wraparound support.
Payment plans available – pay in full or in 3 or 6 monthly instalments.
This is your life. This is your death. These are your wishes.
Resources to hold your hand, not your breath
It’s easy to feel like this is too big, too complicated, too far away — until it isn’t. The truth is, making these decisions now is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself and for the people who will one day carry out your wishes.
These resources are here to help you do just that — not with fear or pressure, but with heart, humour, clarity and care.
If you’re ready to begin, start with a free call. Or pick up the guidebook and curl up with a pen and a cuppa. However you choose to begin, know this: you’re not doing it alone.
